Meet Skeeter
Active, fun and sweet are just a few words we would use to describe Skeeter. He is such an amazing little guy. A parvo survivor, little Skeeter is one tough pup. He loves playing with his siblings and chewing on toys. He’s smart too and a smidge mischievous. Some of the many reasons we love him and we know you will too!
He is crate trained and will often settle in his crate on his own, in his gated area, when he's tired and needs a rest. He sleeps in his crate with the door open at night so that he can ring his bells if he needs to potty. Skeeter does sleep through the night.
Skeeter is cautiously curious and responds well to positive reinforcement. This kid is incredibly treat motivated. He knows basic commands and will perform them for food. Car rides aren’t his favorite, but he does well on short errands.
He likes to lie in your lap when you sit on the floor, but if you want to carry your puppy like a baby, Skeeter will let you know he’s a big boy and doesn’t need to be carried like that.
Skeeter isn’t really a mouthy, diggy, chewy puppy unless he's tired or overstimulated. Like any puppy he can get bored and does well with chew toys as a distraction.
This kid loves meeting new people and dogs. He really loves playing with other dogs, but when they don’t want to play with him, he will go play on his own.
*Please note, he is a puppy and they require a lot of training.
